Booking Confirmation:
All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized agents.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required payment.

Visa Approval:
Visa issuance is subject to Saudi government approval. We are not responsible for delays or rejections.
A valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity) is required for all Umrah applications.

Payments:
All payments must be completed before travel. Any extra charges from airlines must be paid by the pilgrim.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Refunds depend on airline, and visa rules. Non-refundable fees will be deducted.

Travel Documents:
Pilgrims must ensure their passports and documents are valid.

Flight Changes:
We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.

Personal Belongings:
Pilgrims are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for loss or theft.

Health Condition:
Pilgrims must be medically fit for travel. Any medical expenses are the pilgrim’s responsibility.

Liability:
We act as an agent for airlines, visa, and service providers. We are not responsible for events beyond our control.
